The Ocean Beach Town Council & Point Loma Association invites you to a San Diego City Council District 2 Debate which is structured to encourage substantive discussion of important issues affecting San Diego with a focus on our beach and peninsula communities of District 2.Join us immediately before the debate for a light appetizer reception hosted by PLNU.

We are pleased to have four oustanding local journalists who cover politics and government participating who will be asking the questions of the candidates during this 90 minute debate.

The rules and format of the debate have been established to ensure fairness and will be applied equally to the candidates by the moderator and the media panelists. The debate format is structured to encourage discussion about substantive issues rather than delivering scripted answers.
