Volunteers Needed for the 43rd Annual Ocean Beach Street Fair & Chili Cookoff

It takes over 100 volunteers to put on this time-honored Ocean Beach tradition and the OB Merchants Association needs you. Join the fun on Saturday, June 25th, show your community spirit, and receive a 2023 OB Street Fair & Chili Cook-Off T-Shirt.

Become a summer Downtown Ocean Beach Ambassador

Ambassadors are needed to staff the information booth on Veterans Plaza Park and stroll the downtown business district.

Ambassadors will welcome visitors and locals to downtown Ocean Beach and provide visitors with information to help them explore the area and enhance their experience while visiting our eclectic town. The program will operate each Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm starting on May 27, 2023.

The Downtown Ambassador Program is a partnership between the Ocean Beach MainStreet Association and Ocean Beach Town Council to bring a volunteer-driven Ambassador Program to Downtown Ocean Beach. The program highlights Ocean Beach attractions and businesses for tourists and residents who are visiting the area. The program is intended to make our visitors and community members feel welcome as they experience and explore this eclectic beach town.
