Dear Neighbors,Our June Neighborhood Roundtable will spotlight a Homelessness Solutions Panel. The panel will consist of representatives from local organizations and government offices who are actively addressing homelessness across our region. We will explore specific projects these bodies are working on, and importantly, how these initiatives will impact our own Ocean Beach community.

We are privileged to have Rebecca Louie, President and CEO of Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation, joining us as a panelist. Wakeland is spearheading the transformative Homekey project on Abbott Street, an endeavor we're excited to learn more about during the panel discussion.

The format of our panel will facilitate engaging, solutions-oriented conversations with each panelist, followed by a Q&A session. We wholeheartedly encourage questions from both our in-person and online audiences to foster a robust dialogue.

This meeting will be livestreamed on our OBTC Facebook Page - please note that a Facebook account is not required to view the livestream.

Updates from our elected officials and community representatives are being collated digitally this month. A comprehensive recap of these updates will be compiled and circulated via email at the end of the week.
