Board of Directors Elections Coming Up!

OBTC Member,

Please join us on Facebook Live, Wednesday January 27th at 7:00 pm for our virtual Monthly Public Meeting!

Our first Public Meeting of 2021 is our Vrtual Candidate Forum. Candidates vying for a seat on the Board will each briefly introduce themselves to the community. Voting begins Thursday, January 28th and ends Friday, February 5th. Election results will be certified and candidates will be informed of the results by February 10th.

There are 15 seats on the Ocean Beach Town Council Board of Directors and OBTC members elect Directors for two-year terms. Half of the Board stands for election every year. This year, 8 seats on the OBTC Board of Directors are up for election. There are an incredible 20 candidates on this year’s ballot seeking a seat on the Board of Directors. When the ballots are sent out by email, we ask of you to please select up to 8 candidates whom you wish to represent you.

You are required to be an OBTC member to vote, and membership is free! If you are receiving this email you are already a confirmed member and your secure ballot will be issued to this email address on Thursday morning.
